Human-Centered Innovation Redefining Rehabilitation Care

Amid accelerating population aging and increasingly refined rehabilitation needs, the demand for safe, adaptable, and user-friendly assistive equipment continues to rise. Heins Medical responds to this trend with the launch of the HES-L609 Aluminum Alloy Electric Lift Chair for Bathroom and Bedroom Transfers, integrating human-centered innovation into real rehabilitation and care scenarios. Through multi-dimensional technological upgrades, flexible application, and a modular design philosophy, this product delivers new thinking for the development of modern rehabilitation equipment.

Seamless All-Scenario Adaptability

The core of rehabilitation care lies in smooth adaptation to diverse environments and user conditions. The HES-L609 addresses this with a 113–488 mm wide-range electric lifting system, enabling precise alignment with beds, sofas, dining tables, and toilets. This allows users with limited mobility to sit and stand independently, significantly enhancing self-care ability. Its compact foldable structure ensures easy storage, making it ideal for space-limited home environments.

In professional rehabilitation facilities, the chair’s 200 kg high load capacity and 90°–120° adjustable backrest work together to support users of different body types while facilitating posture adjustment and caregiving tasks. Combined with a lightweight aluminum frame weighing only 18.24 kg and optional casters, the HES-L609 adapts effortlessly to hospitals, community rehabilitation centers, and outdoor mobility scenarios — truly achieving “one chair for all settings.”

Modular, Detachable Design for Personalized Convenience

A major innovation of the HES-L609 lies in its fully modular detachable accessories, breaking the limitations of traditional fixed-function equipment. Optional ergonomic headrests provide effective cervical support, while adjustable footrests ensure comfortable leg positioning.

All components feature user-operable quick-release mechanisms:

  • The headrest uses a snap-fit connection for tool-free installation and removal.
  • The footrest supports one-touch folding for space efficiency.
  • Optional caster wheels feature fast-mount interfaces for seamless switching between fixed and mobile modes.

This modular structure enhances personalization while simplifying maintenance and daily operation, reflecting Heins Medical’s advanced human-focused design philosophy.

Scientific Maintenance System for Extended Lifespan

To ensure long-term reliability and low maintenance costs, Heins Medical integrates a convenient care concept into the HES-L609. The corrosion-resistant aluminum frame requires only basic wiping for cleanliness, while the 20 mm waterproof EVA seat cushion is removable, washable, and quick-drying.

Key components adopt a sealed transmission system to reduce dust intrusion, requiring only light lithium-based lubrication every six months. The chair is powered by a 24V / 2600mAh lithium battery with a plug-and-play design for easy replacement, supported by a wide-range 100–240VAC charger. Charging status is clearly indicated by red and green lights, ensuring safe and intuitive operation worldwide.

Driving Innovation in Rehabilitation Technology

With years of expertise in rehabilitation assistive devices, Heins Medical remains committed to the mission of “empowering human care through technological innovation.” The launch of the HES-L609 exemplifies this vision by addressing traditional pain points and shifting the industry from basic functionality toward enhanced user experience.

The HES-L609 Electric Lift Chair will be showcased at RUSSIAN HEALTH CARE WEEK 2025 at Booth 11E166, Crocus Expo, Moscow, where Heins Medical will engage international partners through live demonstrations and technical exchanges. Industry experts note that its modular concept and all-scenario adaptability align closely with current trends toward efficiency, convenience, personalization, and durability, positioning it as a catalyst for future product design evolution.

As the global health industry continues to grow, Heins Medical will persist in advancing rehabilitation technology, delivering innovative solutions that bring renewed vitality to rehabilitation and care worldwide.
